Types of Agricultural Property
Those who want to cultivate veggies indoors for a more environmentally friendly lifestyle and use their garden to produce homemade dishes may consider purchasing an agricultural property. Agricultural attributes are defined by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), and other industries adhere to this classification. However, there are a number of words that can all be used to describe agricultural properties in the notion of agricultural real estate.
- Any land used to grow crops that are renewed each year.
- Any property used to grow annual crops without replanting is considered permanent cropland.
- Any property utilized for grazing cattle is a permanent pasture.
